Physical Fitness Test

1600 Meter Running:-
The first candidate is run 1600 meters. This race takes place in two groups. Both groups I and group II are given different marks. This is the first stage of the physical test, it is very important to pass.

9 Feet Ditch:-
In this test, the candidate has to jump a 9-fit pit. It is easy to jump but it is mandatory to pass. No marks are given to the candidate for jumping in 9 fit pit.

In this test, the candidate has to walk by making a balance on a thin strip which is Zig-Zag. No marks are also given for passing this test.
Medical Exam Indian Army Bharti Aro Mandi 2020
Army Bharti Mandi 2020 – The candidates who have passed the physical test and physical standard test are called for medical examination. In this, all the body parts of the candidate are examined by the army doctors. The candidate who is unfit in the medical exam is sent by him to the army hospital for re-examination.
