Educational Qualification SBI SCO Various Post Online Form 2020

  • SME Credit Analyst: CA/ MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) /PGDBM(Finance) or equivalent post-graduation degree (Two years full-time regular course) from Recognized University/College with minimum 3 years’ of work experience.
  • Product Manager: Basic Qualification (Compulsory): B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics from recognized University/Institution with minimum 5 years’ of work experience.
  • Manager Data Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
  • Manager Digital Marketing: MBA(Marketing)/PGDM(Marketing)/ PGDBM (Marketing)/MMS (Marketing) from recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Faculty SBIL, Kolkata: Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain along with Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
  • Banking Supervisory Specialist: Graduate / Post Graduate or any professional qualification in Banking, Finance, or Management related areas.
  • Manager Anytime Channels: (i). BE/BTech in IT stream only (Electronics & Communications/ Computer/ Electrical/Information Sciences) & (ii). Full Time 2 Years MBA/ PGDM or equivalent Management Degree (Preference shall be given to candidates having Finance Stream as major) with a minimum of 7 years of work experience.
  • Vice President (Stressed Assets Marketing): CA/MBA/CMA/ACS/PGDM or PG in Management from recognized university/ college as 2 years full-time regular course. Specialization in Finance will be preferred with a minimum of 12 years of work experience.

  • Central Research Team (Portfolio Analysis & Data Analytics): MBA/PGDM/Post graduation in Statistics/ Data Analytics from Government recognized University or Institution. with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Selection Process of SBI SCO Recruitment 2020 

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
